近日，济南国际传播中心组织来自日本、英国、泰国、肯尼亚等不同国家的10位外籍友人，深度探访济南泉麦酒业景区及泉澄精酿产业园。通过“文化体验+工业旅游+节气互动”的形式，向全球网友展现济南精酿文化的独特魅力与城市开放包容的国际化形象。

Recently, the Jinan International Communication Center organized a group of 10 foreign guests from Japan, the UK, Thailand, Kenya, and other countries to deeply explore the Quanmai Brewery Scenic Area and Quancheng Craft Brewery Industrial Park. Through a blend of "cultural experiences, industrial tourism, and seasonal festival interactions," the event showcased Jinan’s unique craft beer culture and its open, inclusive international image to global audiences.

首站，外籍友人们在济南啤酒博物馆开启“时空穿梭之旅”。从古埃及啤酒壁画到现代精酿工艺，在泉麦酒业副总经理闫英岛的介绍下，他们沉浸式感受啤酒文明的演变史。在“精酿实验室”互动区，日本友人户田有亮驻足于济南百年啤酒文化展区，轻抚老式酒桶模型：“每一滴酒都像在讲述济南的故事。”

The first stop saw the international guests embark on a "time-travel journey" at Jinan Beer Museum. From ancient Egyptian beer murals to modern craft brewing techniques, guided by Yan Yingdao, Deputy General Manager of Quanmai Brewery, they immersed themselves in the evolution of beer civilization. In the interactive "Craft Lab" zone, Japanese visitor Toda Yusuke lingered at the century-old Jinan beer culture exhibit, gently touching a vintage beer barrel replica: "Each drop of beer seems to tell a story of Jinan."

智造车间——解码“泉澄六艺”硬核实力

随后，代表团走进智能化精酿车间，参观全球领先的双糖化系统、近百个发酵罐及全自动灌装线，近距离观察德国GEA离心机、荷兰滨特尔过滤机等尖端设备运转。

Next, the delegation entered the smart craft brewing workshop, touring the globally leading dual mashing system, nearly 100 fermentation tanks, and fully automated bottling line. They observed up close the operation of cutting-edge equipment such as German GEA centrifuges and Dutch Pentair filtration systems.

春分雅集——自然与匠心的时空对话

恰逢春分节气，外籍友人参与了“春分雅集”文化体验等现场互动小游戏，感受科技与传统的跨界融合。英国籍友人林爱表示：“如果将泉水符号融入酒标设计，打造‘喝得到的城市名片’，感觉也是非常有意思的一种尝试。”

本次探访活动不仅是一次工业旅游的创新尝试，更搭建起济南与国际的文化对话桥梁。正如泉麦酒业副总经理闫英岛所言：“我们希望通过精酿这一世界语言，让全球网友看见一个传统与科技交融、热情与匠心并存的济南。”未来，泉澄精酿还将联合海外酒厂推出联名款，进一步拓展国际“朋友圈”。

Coinciding with the Spring Equinox solar term, international guests engaged in interactive activities at the "Spring Equinox Cultural Salon," experiencing the fusion of technology and tradition. British participant Lin Ai remarked, "Incorporating spring water motifs into beer label designs to create a drinkable city emblem would be a fascinating experiment."

This exploration activity not only marked an innovative experiment in industrial tourism but also built a cultural dialogue bridge between Jinan and the world. As Yan Yingdao, Deputy General Manager of Quanmai Brewery, stated: "Through craft beer—a universal language—we aim to showcase a Jinan where heritage intertwines with innovation, and passion coexists with craftsmanship." Moving forward, Quancheng Craft Brewery plans to collaborate with overseas breweries on co-branded products, further expanding its global network.
